My family and I see Dr Elias Shaheen. I cannot speak highly enough about him. He is so amazing and caring about each and every patient. I always feel like I am the only patient that he has. I highly recommend! The nurses and the rest of the staff are also wonderful and attentive. They do what they say they will do, and most of the time, it is complete faster than what I was told. I would not ever think of seeing anyone else as long as Dr Shaheen is in practice. The rest of my family feel the same way.

I've used these guys over 10 plus ...yes they have gone thru a few drs in there and staff is not like it used to be. But I believe all really changed w covid...as most businesses did. Overall they treat you great, listen to your needs....and you get referrals when needed. I've got 2 handicapped brothers as well that go and they are always great w them. Some drs won't give them the care as these have. Why I switched yrs ago to this practice.

VERY UNRESPONSIVE! This used to be a responsive practice, but now, since they are run by WellMed, when I call I get put on hold forever. There is no option to talk to anyone. I have been trying to get a renewal of a blood pressure medication and can never get through. I have to physically go to their office to talk to anyone. I will be finding a new Primary Care doctor!

Very unhappy, first year was great. Last 2 years they have been changing doctors and nobody seems to be on the same page. Billing is a nightmare, nobody returns calls and they over bill you all the time. They act like it never happened as time keeps passing by, then send you a collections notice. Extremely disappointed all around with this organization.

Worst experience ever. Female doctor said "well since you're not staying, I won't refer you". When talking about my five year old and her medical issues. Then billing tried to tell me I only had a deductible and it would be 150$. Tried to tell them it wasn't right and they should call, they wouldn't budge. I have a 40% Co insurance they ignored. Theft and fraud. Steer way clear of this practice.
