I have to say, this office Naples and Sante Plus people are very nice. I was there on September 27th for the very first time. I saw the big manager, amazing since of humor, what a pleasant lady driving from Palm Beach county to serve the patients that'ssomething. I think that's very, very nice it shows that she cares for the patients. I will definitely refer them to my friends and family. Keep up the good work Sante!

Name is Melek, first thing first their medical center so well up kept and clean. Secondly, the staff members from to doctors are extremely phenomenal and professional. The front receptionist (Rodeleine) is very attentive and makes sure your next appointment is nearly impossible to miss. Megan who’s the manager made it painless doing my blood work. The doctors are amazing, especially Dr. Paul whose very knowledgeable to breaking down what’s going on gives practical health advice.

Called to see if I could see their endocrinologist. I spoke with a representative who said I needed to see their primary physician (despite me saying I have a PCP already and I have a PPO insurance plan). Due to their protocol, I just went ahead and made an appointment to see their primary doctor. I verified appt time, date, and address prior. Got to the location and was told there was no record of the appointment request. Then was told that I didn't need to see their primary doctor as I already had one. I asked the receptionist how far out the endocrinologist was booked and told me she would call me back with that answer. Never received a call back. There were only two patients in the waiting room so they were not "slammed." Very disappointed with the experience. They need a good office

Very unprofessional staff. Had an appointment and was told to sign in on pad. Waited an hour and everyone after me was called. Went to ask about my appointment time and I was told that I never signed in when I did. Staff is always loud and just making jokes while working. I mean if they are working. If you are looking for a doctor this is not the place. Every Santeplus medical center is the same no matter where you go. Will be looking for another provider ASAP. If I could give zero stars I would.

Have been dealing with bad infection, they took me in and treated me quickly and efficiently. I was without pain shortly after and on the road to recovery. I came back few days later for some tests and had a panic attack mid blood draw. The staff were quick to help and patient with me. I am grateful for the commitment to Healthcare that this faculty have shown me and I'm glad I went here for medical help.
