Sarnia Optometric Clinic: Dr. Gordon Warren & Associates

Well I arrived ten minutes prior to my schedualed appointment. Many had a 1:30 apt. All still waiting. A man brought his wife in. She was not doing good. Can observe her body language, and hear her expressing herself. He paid $75.00 for an emergency visit. It's 2:45 PM still waiting for my apt. This lady still waiting. Receptionist motions for husband to speak to her using her pointing finger like he was an animal. She showed NO empathy, sympathy, professionalism... wish I didn't pay for apt. I would of walked out! Poor business! Will go back to eye focus!!!

Had my first appointment in Dr. Warren's office today. All the employees were very pleasant and informative. Vicki was especially helpful in helping me pick out some new frames! Thank you for a great experience.

I had an appointment with at 3:00 PM. I arrived on time, filled out the forms, and waited in the waiting area. Nobody attended to me for almost an hour. When I asked the receptionist about the delay, she just said my file was being taken care of. At 4:00 PM, a staff member came and asked why I was still sitting there. After explaining the situation, the receptionist suddenly handed over my file — which apparently had just been sitting there the whole time. I have no idea why she kept it aside and made me wait so long. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience

I had an eye exam and told the 'Dr' that it felt like I had a film over my eye. I took the eye test and could read almost nothing with my left eye. I was told that my prescription didn't even change. And that was it. I went to another eye Dr, soon after, and was told that I have cataracts in both eyes and was immediately referred to a specialist. Just a horrible place. The old lady behind the counter was unbelievably rude.

My files were transferred to this office after staff TOLD ME that my old optometrist (Dr. Davis) had retired. Turns out she only moved to a different office and is definitely still practicing. I don't appreciate being lied to, it doesn't exactly give me confidence in the trustworthiness of this office.
