Run don’t walk away from serenity estates. New management took over right before my loved one was admitted there and they did nothing to help/make her comfortable. You hear horror stories of the treatment your love ones might experience at nursing homes and that’s because places like this exist. Even after multiple complaints to nurses and social workers, they do enough to not be legally liable. If you care about your love ones, do not bring them

My grandma was treated her after a fractured hip and rehabbed here. She was treated well, made friends, and was able to successfully come home after. The rooms were clean. The staff kept us updated.

DO NOT send your loved one here! Sadly we had NO CHOICE! HORRIBLE CARE. TWICE my family member has been admitted to the hospital with life threatening issues, due to the lack of care given here. People SHOULD NOT get into health care if they are not going treat/take care of patients properly! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Looks can be deceiving. It has a great outer appearance and that's it. Care is terrible and they have staffing issues. Facility smells and food is terrible. Kennels are ran better than this place. Find somewhere else to put your family member as I did.
