I LOVE this team! My experience was amazing and my invisalign treatment went perfectly. The staff took wonderful care of me every step of the way! I am thrilled with the results!! My daughter also had a beautiful transformation of her smile here with braces and Dr. Doucet's expertise. I highly encourage anyone who wants to fix their smile to come here - its 100% worth it! This orthodontics place in my opinion is very good. The waiting room is large. Patients are given a card, good brushing / behaviour = more points, points allow you to buy gift cards. Staff is very nice 😊

I had my lower permanent retainer replaced with a new one after it had broken. After I had left their office I noticed that between two teeth there was a large amount of glue between them. I returned later the same day to have the glue removed. (The lady who removed the glue was kind). I feel that it was unprofessional for them to have let me leave with my teeth clearly glued together. (I was able to see it as soon as I looked at my new retainer). I am unhappy that I needed to come back to their office to fix a mistake that should have been cleaned up during the original appointment on the week of my wedding when I am already very busy.

The front desk staff were also fantastic — they always worked around my schedule and made sure I had appointments on days that I was available. I would rate 0 or -5 if the option is available. My son did orthodontics there, after that, face askew, especially when he needed more air through nose, whole mouth askew! few days later, it’s more obvious, we saw this, his classmates ask him “why your face is askew? Why Your mouth is askew”. We call the orthodontic office, we were back to the office on June 9, June 16, and also call quite a few times to discuss terminate further damage, first time when we were back in the office, the orthodontist didn’t take a look, even not to pretend to check, what kind of attitude and what kind of orthodontist is this, we are angry.
