Had just moved to Peachtree City, and within two days of arriving my daughter needed to be seen by a doctor. From the very first phone call to check-in and throughout the appointment, we were treated like we genuinely mattered — like family. Everyone at VitalCare Health was warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind. The staff was patient, attentive, and truly genuine in how they cared for us. Our experience set such a positive tone for our new chapter in PTC. We left feeling grateful, supported, and truly seen. If the rest of Peachtree City was anything like our experience at VitalCare, we knew we had moved to the right place. I can’t recommend VitalCare Health enough!

I have never felt so comfortable and heard by a Dr before. HARDIK PAREKH is a Dr. that enjoys his job but also doesn’t see it as a job it’s a passion. He just opened his new office in PTC and he did a great job updated and creating such a great staff. If you looking for a Dr. that will truly listen to you and not judge I would always recommend his office.

Vital Care Urgent Care in Peachtree City has a brand-new, renovated location off 54 W. I had an outstanding visit with Dr. Hardik R. Parekh and PA Megan McCullough Vieira, who provided clear explanations and excellent bedside manner. The staff were professional, courteous, and efficient. Highly recommended—five stars.

I have had generally positive experiences with the clinic itself, being seen promptly and with care and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about their billing process. After a rough winter, my kids were there a total of 4 times and 3 of the 4 were billed incorrectly - copays not applied, insurance payments made but not shown on the account, and a long and circular conversation with the customer service for billing that they would check on it eventually. This level of incompetence borders on fraud - if I hadn't meticulously gone thru my records, I would have simply overpaid.

Setting an appointment online was simple to do, I received a call shortly after submitting with straightforward explanation of what I needed to prepare for my appointment. The clinic is very clean, I was able to be seen a few minutes earlier than my appointment time. Staff were very friendly, polite, and understanding of any concerns I had. Staff conversed with me and helped ease my nerves prior to blood test. I was well taken care of and didn’t feel any pain when blood was drawn, staff was careful yet efficient. Definitely will be continuing to see them for healthcare.
