Rude and unprofessional customer service agent. I always have issue getting my prescriptions every month. They always tried to rob me of a copay for generic prescriptions that I have a $0 copay. One time trying to charge me almost $1000 for a medication. Then the agent wants to lie and argue that they do not have a generic brand, which I have to explain multiple times they do and I know because they have sent me generic before. I'm tired of having to go through this each month and will no longer be using them.

Super fast and reliable! My prescriptions always arrive on time and in perfect condition. The staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever I have questions. Makes managing my medications so easy—highly recommend this delivery service!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a horrible experience with an employee from this pharmacy via the phone just now! Backstory: My dermatologist office accidentally sent it to this pharmacy which is no where near me. It was an accidental click. I get that accidents happen and I’m okay with that. I called them the day after my appointment stating that my pharmacy didn’t get my prescription and that’s when they realized it was sent to Windsor pharmacy and they resent the prescription to the pharmacy I had requested. My pharmacy stated that they’re unable to fill my prescription because Windsor pharmacy was holding my meds and they weren’t able to get a hold of Windsor pharmacy. I’ve made calls to the pharmacy myself because everytime they call me I’m at work and call answer the call

I cannot begin to express how magnanimous this pharmacy and staff is. I am always provided with timely delivery service and courteous drivers who deliver my medication straight to my door which is so convenient. All of the staff that I have spoken to provide excellent customer service and are courteous as well. I have to give a special mention to an absolute gem of a rep named Travis. Travis has helped provide prescription information, fill my prescription, reach out to doctor for further directions on use of medicine and ensure that ease and quality of service are top notch. I cannot speak highly enough of this rep and the pharmacy as a whole as they deliver overall amazing service, laughs, and treat you like family. Thanks Windsor

I started using Windsor Pharmacy for my monthly accutane prescription and could not be more impressed with the efficiency, professionalism and customer service of Windsor. Travis is absolutely fantastic. He is always on top of it and is exceptional from a service, communication and professionalism stand point. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and always lovely to speak with! Highly recommend using this pharmacy as they make the prescription process easy, organized and flexible!
