🙏Exceptional Care and Outstanding Staff🙏 My wife was admitted to Windsor Regional Hospital on October 28 for the delivery of our baby, and from start to end, our experience was truly amazing. I don’t have enough words to describe how grateful we are for the incredible care we received. Every single nurse, doctor, and staff member we met was so kind, patient, and professional. They treated us with such care and respect, always making sure we were comfortable and informed. The delivery team was outstanding — calm, supportive, and highly skilled. Due to a premature delivery, our baby was admitted to the NICU, and I’m especially thankful to the NICU team. They are simply amazing — compassionate, professional, and incredibly supportive. They checked on us constantly, updated us about our bab

Few questions to the management? *Is health care systems is broke ? *All the warning sings in emergency walk-in seems threatening to patients or just to make yourself happy ? * one reason of having paid phone bank? Whereas electric pots are block with steel plates and limited to the patients why ? * longs hours waiting is not for shortage of staff it’s because of staff gossips * I saw 4-5 kids having health issue but had to wait 6-8 hours long to a doctor * can we hope for better service ?

We’ve been waiting 8hrs in the waiting room and we just got a bed now, this is for our 2 month old who has had a fever of 38.5 for at least all those 8hrs and more, we called 811 when we measured his fever just to make sure because he had his vaccines today, so they recommended we should go to the emergency room, and we double checked on the internet all signs said we should seek care immediately, so it’s been 8hrs and we’ll see how much longer, I wish I had another choice but I’m just trying to make sure my son is okay, I feel like I should just go home and come back if he feels worse but that can’t be the responsible thing to do. I really want to hope that it’s just a flawed system not flawed staff, I know that there’s a Tim Hortons in this hospital that’s funded by the government that l

While many nurses I believe are trying their best, and some doctors (Dr El Yousef is a good doctor and a good person more importantly, if you see him, you will be ok). Nurse Colleen, you are an amazing nurse with such kindness and compassion to those in pain. The reason for my one star is the fault of a greedy province who voted to have these cuts to health care at a time when we have more elderly people without care spots than ever. God help the chronically ill and in pain, there are no resources for us. There was no bedpan during my nearly 8 hours in emergency. The nurses tried but could not find any. Then no IV drip meters. Nurse trying to insert my IV gets called to a code. What can she do? I tell her to go, of course, I get left with my arm bleeding. But I would rather that than someo

My husband brought our 2 year old daughter here last night who was having significant trouble breathing due to viral infection and you can clearly see she was struggling. Only for the triage nurses to tell him to take a number and wait behind multiple adults. I think when a child comes in who is struggling to breathe they should be assessed immediately. He ended up leaving and going to the TMC clinic where they ended up calling an ambulance due to her oxygen levels. Pure negligence at MET hospital.
