Windsor Regional Hospital : Emergency Room

The nurses would let you rot before helping you. They literally fed a new born baby formula after the mother stated she wanted the baby to have breast milk. This hospital has AWFUL reviews and needs reviewed by the medical board and that nurse needs her license revoked immediately.

By far the worst emergency room. Imagine waiting over 8 hours. Being triaged 3 times. Then calling the same patients that have already left because if the ridiculous wait time. When you go up to triage station they are all on the phone scrolling and showing pictures and ignore who come up

Long waiting time, I believe a big number of ER visitations aren't emergencies. People need to be educated that ER is FOR EMERGENCIES.

7 hours of waiting for 15 minutes of stitches. Took 4 hours get a bed, wait times website said 2.5hrs when we arrived, and the number kept going up every time it updated. Triage nurses were pretty rude to everyone, also kept calling the wrong numbers for triage. Many people left while waiting for triage, or left without informing anyone. Also, the bathroom is really gross, and there was no sanitizer in any of the dispensers in the waiting room. Once we got a bed, nobody came to check on us for another 3 hours. We had a wet floor sign blocking our door, and no paper or anything on the bed. Bed also had sticky stuff on it. My girlfriend asked a nurse for a blanket for me because I was cold about 5 minutes after we got in the room. The nurse never came back. After an hour, we had to ask a

The Most pathetic experience of my lifetime ever at a hospital. Over 9 hours waiting in the emergency room, this is while there online portal has been showing 2 hours wait time before I got here and better part of 9 hours since I got here. Clearly the wait time listed is just some arbitrary number and nothing to do with the real time ppl are actually waiting. Am sure the people responsible for this trash healthcare system are not going to read this and surely don't care one bit, this is just to warn others, if you plan to visit the emergency here, expect to wait at least 5 times the BS time they are showing.
