⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding experience in the emergency area. From the moment we arrived, the staff was professional, kind, and extremely attentive. We were seen very quickly, and the entire process was smooth and well organized. The doctor and nurse were amazing—compassionate, knowledgeable, and very thorough. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my child felt safe and comfortable at all times. The hospital is exceptionally clean, which made us feel even more at ease. I am truly grateful for the level of care and efficiency we received. I highly recommend this emergency department to anyone in need of prompt, high-quality medical care.

I don’t think I could get through any of this without Jamie . What an incredible nurse he has been on top of it all I feel less stress about my baby when he is on duty. Definition of what you expect from a medical worker. I trust him with my baby. The 6th floor is the scariest place to be in the hospital children in critical condition and sick. Parents stressed and scared - then you get Jamie who somehow manages to make you feel comfortable even in the scariest situations I cannot thank you enough for everything you are doing for my baby THANK YOU JAMIE .

The wait time in the waiting room is absolutely ridiculous. I sat in the waiting room with my wife for over an hour who is having abdominal pains and is also pregnant. They kept going through the pile of notes picking and choosing what patients they wanted to take back at that moment and laughing about them my wife sat there crying and throwing up in the waiting room for nobody to even check on her. Ask her if she needs anything or make sure that she is all right, and whenever I checked up on how long it would be, I am told I don’t know. This is absolutely ridiculous. Supposed to be one of Lakeland’s greatest hospitals but yet my wife is sitting here in pain and we don’t know if our baby is OK.

We had a wonderful experience here. The staff were all very kind and attentive. At night, they even came in every hour just to check on my son, which gave me so much peace of mind. The food looked great—my son especially loved his BLT with mac and cheese! When we arrived in our room, there was a welcome gift bag waiting for us with coloring books, crayons, slime, socks, and toys. It was such a warm, thoughtful touch that made my son feel special during what could have been a scary time. His surgery went smoothly and was over before we even realized it. I’m so thankful for the care he received. This hospital truly went above and beyond, and I absolutely recommend it to other families.

I wish I could rate them 10 Stars the ICU unit was amazing from the doctors nurses and cleaning staff very grateful they took care of my son with so much caring and dedication to accomplish his health I will always be very grateful bless you all for your hard service and dedication to make patients well again may God always bless you all
