I was referred to this place for an ENT evaluation for my two-year-old daughter, who has recurrent ear infections and a speech delay. She does not allow anyone to touch anything related to her head, ears, nose, or mouth, which makes exams very difficult and usually requires extra patience and proper pediatric handling. Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience at Nemours Children’s Health, despite it being a facility that specializes in children. Yoliana Martínez, PA, briefly examined her ears and stated that they looked fine and that three ear infections between October and January were not significant. She recommended a re-evaluation in four months, at the time of her next audiology appointment. The ENT’s assessment was largely based on the audiology test, which I feel was als

. I was a Pationt for many years and doctor Zen always said I am ok and it’s all anxiety related …!!!!! Jan 2023 I had a long seizure when I was in ICU and they didn’t give me my rescue medication to record the event for the doctor as ther nurse told us. The next day we found out their machine was broken and nothing was recorded. 😞😞😞my hippocampus got damaged due to that and the hospital hide it from us. we noticed the damage 2 days after discharge when another neurologist was upset how they didn’t discuss this with us!!!!!the image was capture in another hospital . I end up to be drug resistant, I was under care of doctor Zen and they never told me my brain got damaged. I end up to hand over 9 seized a day angyer that due to that . and then a brain lobectomy.

Lovely experience delivering my baby girl here. Highly trained nurses and friendly faces. Not much more you can ask for.

This is our second time bringing our son to this hospital and I have to say, I don't understand the low rating. Everyone that has come into contact with our child has been nothing less than amazing. They knew exactly what to do and when to do it. I wish they were closer to us but the hour and a half drive is well worth it. I would like to shout a few of our nurses: Cheyenne, Magen, Melody, Katie and (last and most certainly not least) Ray they are the real MVPs. If you've been graced with their presence, know that your baby is in good hands. Thank you ladies so much for keeping our baby at ease in his most uncomfortable times.

Dr. Rossi and his staff at Nemours Childrens Health I would give them 10 across the board on everything, from start to finish nothing was left not answered . I could not have asked for a better doctor then Dr. Rossi !
