Setting up an appointment with Dr. Ume's office was straightforward and easy, unlike many other doctor appointments. During my eye examination, I learned I had a retinal issue, which is not Dr. Ume's specialty. He assured me that he would provide a referral to a specialist. However, after a week, no one contacted me with the referral information. I called the office, but no one answered, and my voicemail was not returned. After several unsuccessful attempts to reach them, I decided to find a specialist on my own. I contacted my insurance provider, who referred me to a couple of ophthalmologists. Once I called his office he was able to get me scheduled in at the last minute on a Saturday. I can honestly say Dr Ume is the best eye doctor I’ve ever had. He takes time and explains everything to you so you have a good understanding. He cares about his patients and his staff is great too..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr Ume was excellent! He went above and beyond answering every concern and question. He reassured me that everything was fine and showed me pictures of my optic nerves. He was very patient and kind. Highly recommend! He’s my ophthalmologist for life!

We recently started seeing Dr Ume as a family and he is great, super friendly and patient. He will answer any questions you have and he has excellent bedside manner. The ladies at the front desk are super helpful and friendly as well!
