I hate to give a bad review, but it was a fast-paced assembly line operation...in front of the window facing the street. We all still had our coats on, and there were a number of us there all getting foot massages at the same time. I beared with the massage for 5 or more mins, and then I was very motivated to get up and leave. The therapist was very insensitive to her work. There was no connection to my foot in a feeling way. It felt like it was all about the money. I had to contort my foot to try to gt away from the pain she was causing. I do my own reflexology on my feet, as a healing arts therapist of 32 years, so they are doing quite good. Plus I freestyle dance alot, so my feet are in good condition. I just wanted something relaxing mainly. the therapist noticed that I wasn't happy

I am so happy I found this place! The staff here are great. Very friendly. But most importantly, the massage technicians are excellent. I have come in with a variety of complaints, ranging from lower back to neck to feet. They have always been able to give me great relief. There are several technicians that I would recommend. I also like the place is very clean and well organized. One piece of advice… It’s best to make an appointment by phone or in person. Using the online system can cause delays. Great experience and highly recommend. I’ll be back from my next appointment in three or four days.

Excellent reflexology and body massage! Has helped me incredibly with back and hip pain. I bought the promotional package twice as it’s a great savings. Highly recommend Cindy and Jack but I think all practitioners are well trained.

This place has a female massage therapist who clearly isn’t very bright. She does full-body massages but her skills and attitude are both terrible. She wouldn’t even allow a child to stay in the same room with their father during the session, and made the baby wait outside in the cold. She said it was because of “a virus,” but if there’s really a virus in the store, how could we ever come back? This person must be out of her mind. If they can’t provide proper service, they should just close the shop. The experience was awful! She even told me to take my child to sit in the foot massage area and wait there. The female therapist’s rude, bossy, and unreasonable behavior seriously damages the reputation of this place. My husband also said that her massage skills were terrible — her nails were

Came here for a mother daughter foot massage. My mom had an amazing massage with Tina, mine on the other hand was pretty bad. Very weak massage and honestly felt like the man (name unknown) didn’t want to be doing the massage at all. I will only go back and book with Tina. Overall not a great first experience for myself.
