I had received good reviews about this pharmacy and i called in to get my prescription filled. Pharmacist Thilak was friendly , knowledgeable and answered all our questions very patiently and provided very helpful advice about my medication.Prescription was filled quickly and it was also delivered the same day. Great exceptional service, highly recommend this location!

Family Care Pharmacy is, without a doubt, the best pharmacy my husband and I have ever been to. The level of personalized service we’ve received from the pharmacist is top notch. She is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and her attention to detail is second to none. We’ve never experienced this level of service in all our years of having prescriptions filled. All the staff are incredibly friendly. When customers make little decorations for the pharmacy, you know this is a very special pharmacy. And on top of all this, their dispensing fees are extremely competitive. Family Care Pharmacy is definitely one of a kind and lives up to its name of “family care” I highly recommend this wonderful pharmacy!

They filled a prescription that I told them clearly I did not want to fill it because of its cost. I sent someone to pick up the prescription I was expecting, and they came back with three prescriptions, including the one I had said I did not want and another that I had asked them to not fill. When I called about this, they said, “I’m sorry. Once it has left our premises, there is nothing we can do.” Garbage! They can reward my loyalty and referrals SINCE THE STORE FIRST OPENED, by refunding my money. I don’t care what happens to the drug itself. “There must have been a communication breakdown.” Y’THINK???? And not on my end. The oddest of experiences. Had an appointment for a Covid booster shot and when I arrived I was instructed by a young lady to fill in a form and then take a seat. After about five minutes an elderly gentleman came out from behind the counter and gave a shot to a gentleman who arrived before me and then went back behind the counter. That left me the only person in the pharmacy. I assumed he person who gave the shot was the pharmacist and he had a clear ongoing view of me sitting there as I did of him. He appeared to be preparing various prescriptions, so I sat and waited. Five minutes, ten minutes, fifteen minutes...and on. In this time he stopped what he was doing and came to the counter a number of times to deal with people bringing in prescriptions. I waited until those customers had bee
