You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and wants to help in the best way possible. It’s not easy to find a doctor who is both so professional and so compassionate. I feel truly blessed to be under Dr. Tanya’s care. For her, every patient’s well-being and feedback genuinely matter. There were times when I felt very emotional, especially when things did not go as expected, but she always showed great compassion and professionalism. She took the initiative to follow up and even called me personally to check in, which meant a lot to me. I have been under her care since January 2025, after my brain tumor surgery, and she has worked very hard to ensure that I receive the right support and care. I completely understand that every decision she makes is for the safety and well-being of her patients. I am truly grateful and feel fortunate to have her as my doctor.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bansal. I recently met her in person as my previous doctor is retired now. On the first meeting she made me feel so comfortable. She is very kind, professional, listened carefully, explained everything clearly. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable doctor. Last not the least, their receptionist, Sherri is amazing.

I had an appointment at 2:30 PM but wasn’t seen by my family doctor until 3:25 PM. Waiting almost an hour defeats the purpose of having an appointment, especially when patients have work and other commitments. If the clinic is too busy, they should consider limiting appointment slots so patients’ time is respected. Very disappointing experience.
