I would like to give a big thank you to a very professional Dr. Kennedy and the amazingly compassionate staff at Smile Solutions White Rock location. I needed an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and the staff booked me in right away, Dr. Kennedy explained everything to me so I felt comfortable proceeding with the extraction. The procedure was done in a timely manner with very little pain. Thank you very much to everyone involved.

I’m really disappointed with how this clinic handled my situation. I missed two appointments during an extremely difficult period, dealing with emergencies and learning that a close family member had cancer. It was a rough year, and self-care understandably fell behind. When I finally felt ready to prioritize my health again and reached out to reschedule, I was told they could no longer accept me as a patient. There was no compassion or willingness to understand life circumstances, just a rigid, black-and-white policy. I truly liked this clinic and their care, which makes this even more disappointing. Another excellent experience at my appointment today. The hygienist - Cynthia- was thorough, gentle, and really made me feel comfortable throughout the cleaning. Alyssa at the front desk is always such a highlight—bright, cheery, and so welcoming every time I come in. Dr. Kennedy is a consummate professional. The whole team consistently provides professional care with a warm, friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I just had the best experience at this dentist! Those reviews you’ve been reading are absolutely accurate and exactly what you can expect. The front desk team was more than friendly and welcoming. Aika (I hope I got her name right), who did my X-rays, was incredibly sweet and very informative. Dr. Jennifer Hermesmann was one of the kindest and most professional dentists I’ve ever met,she explained everything clearly and was so personal, which really put me at ease. Shanica the dental hygienist, was also amazing, one of the sweetest people I’ve ever come across. Overall, the entire experience was just wonderful. I had such a great experience at Smile Solutions! The office is so clean and bright. Dr. Kennedy was so kind took the time to explain everything to me clearly and walked me through all my options, which really helped me feel informed and in control of my care. Shanica was incredibly warm and friendly, and made me feel so comfortable. I was quite nervous about switching to a new dentist after some bad past experiences. I’m so glad I found this team.
